Helical Piers are used to support the elevated Walkway or Boardwalk spanning over a creek and wetland area. Specially
designed brackets receive the shaft of the Helical Pier and attach to the wood framing of the Boardwalk.
Here is a photo of the finished project, with the helical pier tiebacks also noticeable on the seawall, which was brought
back to plumb after horizontal movement occured at the original site.
When Regal Partnership needs over 1/3 of mile of retaining wall including over 300 piling and 100 AB Chance Helical Piers
they call Montana Helical Piers to beat the rising lake levels.
Helical Piers are used for a new foundation.
